Hiding isn't Healing

The expression “Everything happens for a reason” can be irritating, especially when you think of all the suffering that’s happening around the world. But every action has a reaction and taking the time to evaluate how you arrived where you are now, brings clarity and purpose to your life. I haven’t been feeling myself, but I didn't notice. It didn’t occur to me that something was wrong, not even when my stomach started acting up. I just ignored it. Your Presence in the Present

If time is linear, why have you chosen to live in the past? If you’re like the rest of us, you promised to be brand new in 2017. You set goals and promised yourself this year was your year.
